DRIFT 01 Handmade Ceramic Mug — Deep Iron Brown & Amber, 200 ml

DRIFT 01 is deep iron brown, glossy enough to hold a highlight, with a band of amber running round the upper body where the glaze breaks thinner over the shoulder. At the rim it darkens again.

The body stands upright, as tall as it is wide, tapering slightly to the foot, and the handle is a slim loop set clear of the side. At 200 ml it takes a cappuccino, a flat white, or a small pot of tea.

Where the amber breaks and how far it runs changes from piece to piece, so yours will not match the photograph exactly. That variation is the point.
