Refund policy

60-day returns

You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies to our standard ceramic products, including sale items.

Email admin@wabisabi-art.shop with your order number or other proof of purchase. A reason is helpful but is not required for cancellation. Contact us before posting your parcel so we can provide return instructions.

For our extended 60-day change-of-mind policy, items must be unused, in the condition received and in their original packaging. These conditions do not restrict your statutory rights, including your right to inspect an online purchase as you would in a shop.

Return shipping and cost

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. You can use your own courier at its quoted cost, or request our optional partner return label for £5.99. The partner label covers parcels no larger than 60 × 50 × 50 cm and no heavier than 10 kg. Contact us for arrangements if your parcel exceeds these limits.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us if an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or is the wrong item. Include your order number and photographs if available. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return postage where the goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied. You will not be charged the optional £5.99 label fee for these returns.

Refunds and exchanges

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We normally process them within 10 business days; statutory cancellation refunds are made within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return, as applicable. Your bank may take additional time to display the payment.

For cancellation of a whole order under your statutory rights, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra amount paid for a premium delivery service is not refunded. For an exchange, contact us or return the item and place a separate order for the replacement.

Your statutory rights

UK online customers generally have 14 days after delivery to tell us they wish to cancel, then a further 14 days to return the goods. Our 60-day policy is additional to these rights. Sale purchases have the same statutory rights as full-price purchases. Nothing in this policy limits rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Personalised or genuinely custom-made products may be exempt from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right; any applicable exception will be explained before purchase. This does not affect rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
